Pen getting stuck

The pen holder came in with good quality, but the only problem I have faced in this, is that, when I tried to put the pen in, the pen got stuck in the silicon part of the body, and I had to use a plier to get it out and in the process I also pulled out the silicon, but because the silicon holder was removed, I now am able to use the pen holder without it getting stuck inside.
