Great product!
Just got the new tablet today, came within 3 days of ordering, wonderful condition and amazing packaging. Everything works wonderfully, though a little confused about why a power adapter is needed as plugging it to the pc would provide it with power anyways.
Screen is lovely, but it is narrower than I thought it'd be, the screen is narrow and long, so everything looks a bit squashed on screen, that's just me being nitpicky though. The new pen is wonderful, didn't even realize that it had an eraser, a happy surprise. The normal dial is much easier to use compared to the virtual dial imo, since the virtual dial has a small surface area to operate on. Buttons are highly customizable, even for the pen, if you don't need a button, you can just disable it, very efficient. When using the pen, it has a very nice and smooth feel to it, smoother than paper, but rougher than glass. It does take a bit to get used to, since I've been using a non-display drawing tablet up until now and this is an upgrade.
Overall, it's a great product, and it having been opened before doesn't make a difference, since you still get the very beautiful box and everything else inside, it also costs much less than a non-opened box. Just because it's been opened, doesn't mean it's not brand new. Love it!

Thank you so much for the good review. the power adaptor is used for some customer\'s laptop do not have enough power to support the tablet.
When your PC has enough power, it do not need the power adaptor as well.
The first customer who want to change a smaller drawing monitor, when he got it and found it is too big, so he changed his mind.
Althought it has opened, but all accessories is brand new as well, thanks for your purchasing. Enjoy the drawing. :)

Best Upgrade
I have use my Kamvas 22 (nonplus) for 4 years now, so looking for an upgrade but still 22". Turns out I like it so much, colors are much accurate, higher resolution, pen is more responsive, full lamination. No regrets.
